(2019) and sent to the High-Throughput Genomics Shared Resource of the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah for Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Prep Kit with oligo(dT) selection. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 system with 125 bp PE sequencing.
